Insurance & Payment Information
Princeton Brain, Spine & Sports Medicine accepts many major insurance plans. Please keep the following in mind as you prepare for your appointment:
- Remember to bring your insurance card and ID on the day of your PBSSM appointment.
- If your insurance carrier requires a referral from your primary care physician, it must be obtained by the time of your visit. If a referral is not in place, your appointment will be rescheduled.
- You are responsible for paying your co-pay at the time of your office visit.
- Although health insurance is designed to help pay for medical costs, it may not cover 100% of your care. Keep in mind that it is your responsibility to cover deductibles, co-insurance and other balances not paid by your insurance carrier. Princeton Brain, Spine & Sports Medicine will provide you with necessary claims information and assist you with the claims process as needed.
