1. Use Zoom as a video platform, it is HIPAA compliant. All you need to do is set up a business associate agreement with them.

2. The coding is easy. Use the same new and established patient E&M codes. The only modification is to strictly bill on the amount of time spent with the patient.

3. Appoint one leader who is good at explaining technology in your office to reach out to patients prior to the televisit to prep them and  help their experience go more smoothly.
